Coffee 101 - Cold Brew

What is cold brew you ask? Firstly, Cold Brew is not necessarily iced coffee.  What’s the key difference? Iced coffee is brewed hot and served cold while cold-brew is made by steeping coarsely ground coffee beans (in a specialized cold brew jug) in the fridge for anywhere from 12 to 24  hours.  The longer you leave it, the stronger the concentrate.
