Method 1: Drip Machine

  1. Place filter in brewer. Wet with hot water, then discard water.
  2. Distribute the coffee grounds evenly into the basket.
  3. Fill the water reservoir to the amount shown above.
  4. Start the brewing process as instructed for your device.

Method 2: Aeropress

Put the filter in the cap, then wet the filter with hot water.

Twist in the cap, then place brewer face down on mug.

Add the coffee and half the water. Gently stir and let sit for 30 seconds.

Add the rest of the water, wait 1 minute. Gently stir 10 times

Push down on the plunger.

Method 3: Pourover

  1. Place filter in brewer. Wet with hot water. Wait 30 seconds, then discard water.
  2. Pre-infuse coffee with 40 grams of water for 30 seconds. Let it bloom for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the remaining water slowly in increments of 65 grams. Wait for brewed coffee to filter through.

Method 4: Chemex / Clever Drip

Place filter with the 3-layer side over the pouring spout.

Rinse filter with hot water, then discard water.

Add the coffee and 100 grams of water. Let it bloom for 1 minute.

In circular motions, slowly add the rest of the water.

Wait for the water to filter through.

Method 5: French Press

  1. Use hot water to warm up the press, then dump it.
  2. Add coffee and pour in half the amount of water. Gently stir with a non-metallic spoon.
  3. Pour in the rest of the water. Wait 5 – 7 minutes (for preferred strength).
  4. Slowly push down the plunger, and dispense the brewed coffee.

Method 6: Cold Brew

  1. Using a dedicated cold brew container, add grinds to filter.
  2. Mix in cool water.
  3. Let the brew steep for a day in the refrigerator, shaking it periodically.
  4. Remove grinds from filter and discard, then serve (or keep refrigerated for up to 3 days).
