Ever been curious to see coffee turn from green to brown right in front of your eyes? Our Roastery Tours show you the process from start to finish! We start with the grading of our green coffee, searching out any defects. Once we've completed our grading, we plan out our roast. Then it's time to turn those green beans to brown! Based on our roast plan, we will spend from 10-15 minutes in front of the roaster, learning about the different phases, and their effect on flavour development. Once the roast is complete, you'll take a bag home to enjoy!
Roastery tours are run twice per month for individuals, and can be booked for groups by contacting us directly!
