This coffee comes from CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative founded in 1960 in the Los Santos region, a symbol of authentic Tarrazú coffee. Today, it brings together thousands of small-scale farming families who cultivate Arabica beans at high altitudes in fertile volcanic soils. The cooperative is distinguished by its community-based approach, its investments in education and infrastructure, and its sustainable practices: organic composting of the pulp, responsible management of wastewater, and rigorous traceability at every stage. This commitment to quality and sustainable production is clearly reflected in the cup: a vibrant, fruity, and expressive profile.

    I tried the Costa Rica blend this month as a change from my usual Columbian. I think it is a very nice blend and would certainly purchase it again.

    This has to be my favourite so far, (whole bean and using french press) good caffeine levels, nice smooth taste for me. Will be getting again. Thank you! -- Carlos

    I purchased whole bean and I use a french press. I am so happy with the results. I am definitely going to try a few others but I know I am going to get the Costa Rica again. Great job!
