This coffee comes from CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative founded in 1960 in the Los Santos region, a symbol of authentic Tarrazú coffee. Today, it brings together thousands of small-scale farming families who cultivate Arabica beans at high altitudes in fertile volcanic soils. The cooperative is distinguished by its community-based approach, its investments in education and infrastructure, and its sustainable practices: organic composting of the pulp, responsible management of wastewater, and rigorous traceability at every stage.
