This washed coffee from Aquiares La Violeta is a natively African varietal.  This coffee combines all of the great qualities of a juicy African coffee with the delicate confidence of a Costa Rican.  This coffee is flavourful, sweet, and smooth.

Which grind should you choose?

Fine - Espresso machine, Moka Pot, Turkish Coffee

Medium - Standard Drip Machine, Aeropress

Coarse - French Press, Pour Over, Chemex, V60, Cold Brew

    I purchased whole bean and I use a french press. I am so happy with the results. I am definitely going to try a few others but I know I am going to get the Costa Rica again. Great job!
