Normally the inside of a coffee cherry produces two seeds. In a peaberry, only a single seed is formed. Peaberries tend to be brighter tasting, sweeter, and offer a more complex flavour profile. We've roasted this one up to a lighter roast to really highlight the incredible fruit tones known from Tanzanian coffees. You definitely don't want to miss this limited time offering!
