Region: Santa Ana

El Salvador's most productive region, Santa Ana, borders Honduras and Guatemala along the western side of the country. Historically, El Salvador's largest estates and mills we're located in Santa Ana, making it the most well-known. Throughout the region, single producers, communities, and estates grow both traditional, new, and Kenyan varieties and then wash or dry coffees naturally.

Fine - Espresso machine, Moka Pot, Turkish Coffee

Medium - Standard Drip Machine, Aeropress

Coarse - French Press, Pour Over, Chemex, V60, Cold Brew

    My new favourite coffee!

    I absolutely love everything about this coffee. Originally tried it because of fond memories of my summer spent working in El Salvador, but it has now become my favourite way to start the day! Thank you!

    I love the taste, I love the kick and I love the name because it’s fun to say. Find the caffeine content higher, I might be wrong, but I do feel it faster than the Brazil I had previous. Very nice coffee, highly recommend!
